My first business was a bricks-and-mortar business. We were very manual and we were very clumsy. The reason was technology was very expensive and hard to understand. I think today it has totally flipped.
Google apps for business is my absolute favourite. It’s cheap, fast, effective; it works brilliantly and the amount of development plugins they have is incredible. I don’t think there are many businesses that could start on something that is $5 per month per user. It is just so friendly and it is built for normal people that need to do simple things or complex things.
