My best tech would be the Revel POS system that I use in both of our Love Pollo stores. It enables me to access real time sales data anywhere, anytime, from any device, right down to the individual items in every customer order and the customer’s name.
Importantly, it also gives me a crystal clear view of training requirements for staff. For example, if a name for every single customer transaction is not being taken, I know that the customers are not getting the level of personal service that we expect.
This enables us to quickly train and retrain our customer service staff there and then, on the spot, without waiting until the next time they come on shift.
