“My favourite gadget is my Garmin Edge 800, a cycling computer. Not only does it provide navigation, but it’s also a personal trainer and will map today’s ride performance on the same course that you did yesterday and tell you that you’re a minute behind on a hill climb.”
“When combined with strava.com, it gives you segment analysis (for example, a particular hill climb) and compares your ride performance to your friends and/or professional riders.”
