Speculation about a possible Facebook smartphone has resurfaced, following reports the social media giant is working with HTC on an Android-based smartphone.
According to The Droid Guy, sources at HTC claim the company is working on a Facebook smartphone, codenamed Opera UL, which is undergoing internal tests.
The source claims the device is based on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, features a 1,280×720-pixel HD display and a 1.4GHz dual-core processor.
It is said the Facebook phone can also run on a Qualcomm Adreno 305 chip or a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor.
