Twitter announced late last week that its integration with Apple’s iOS5 software has increased registrations by 25%.
According to TechCrunch, the announcement was made at a Twitter news event, shortly after the company released its new iOS design as well.
Twitter integrated into the iOS5 software, allowing users to post media directly to the social media service, including pictures.
ComScore data shows Twitter saw a spike in traffic during October, with page views going from 3.3 billion up to 3.7 billion.
As part of the announcement, Twitter also confirmed it now has 700 employees.
