Apple has released a new update to the iOS 5 software that is expected to help fix users who are experiencing issues with their battery usage.
The update comes just a few weeks after Apple released the software, which was a major update for all iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch devices.
For local users, the update also brings better voice recognition features. iPhone 4S owners have been complaining that the Siri voice assistant isn’t picking up on Australian accents properly.
Other features include fixing bigs that affect battery life, new multitasking gestures for the original iPad, and fixing bugs that affected Documents in the Cloud.
iOS device owners can download the update through iTunes or update their devices through wireless networks.
