Apple could overhaul its product lines completely during 2012, adding new models and redesigning others, a new report from DigiTimes has claimed.
The report claims the iPad, iMac, iPhone and MacBook Air products are scheduled for a tune-up, with orders for iPad parts expected to be finalised next month.
Sources have said more than two million next-generation iPads will be complete by the end of the year, and that Apple has asked manufacturers to produce flat panels for more prototypes.
The report also states that a new updated iPhone and MacBook models aren’t expected to be announced or released until the second half of the year.
