Apple will definitely introduce a television set that will be powered by its Siri voice command technology, a new report in the New York Times has claimed.
The report comes after comments made by Jobs in his recent authorised biography suggest he had been working on software for the device.
The report claims, according to sources “with knowledge of the project”, that Apple has been working on a television for years, and have been working on replacing the traditional remote control. Siri would be used for users to find and manage content.
And while the sources have claimed there isn’t anything in production right now, Apple will definitely enter this market in the future.
