Marc Edwards is the head of Bjango, a Melbourne-based app studio that has created a number of programs for the iPhone, iPad and Mac – the company has even been noted by Apple itself a number of times at conferences and in the App Store.
Edwards’ favourite piece of tech is a Mac application that allows himself and Bjango employees to collaborate on a piece of software without having to mess it all up with different versions.
“I really like GitHub. It’s a system you use while coding, so everyone in your team can collaborate and everyone can check all the changes they’ve made and make sure it gets updated.”
“They recently updated their Mac application, and so we’ve started using it. It just means we can all work together and keep track of all the changes to the projects we’re working on without bumping into each other.”
“When you have teams that get to be bigger than more than two or three people, being able to collaborate and check changes is very useful.”
