Apple is reportedly close to a deal that will allow it to stream movies over its iCloud system, according to a new report in the Los Angeles Times.
The publication reports that Apple is currently speaking with studios to allow consumers to purchase films through iTunes, and then be able to access those films on any iOS device.
Currently, iOS users are able to access music in the cloud, but not films. The new deal will allow films to be streamed across any number of devices, including PCs.
However, it is unknown whether such a deal would ever make it to Australia, with the two different jurisdictions requiring completely different contracts.
