Mobile payments company Square, run by current Twitter head of product Jack Dorsey, is processing more than $US2 billion in payments every year.
According to TechCrunch, Keith Rabois from Square revealed a number of new statistics about the company, including that the company processes $US2 billion in payments, and that 800,000 merchants have signed up to the service.
“We’re not going to sleep until we improve the entire experience of buying and selling,” he told the publication. “Every month we’ll have improvements to the product.”
The company is also introducing some new changes, including a higher limit for weekly transactions. The changes are aimed at making the service easier to use for businesses.
