A set of pictures that reportedly show the new Motorola Droid HD have surfaced on the tech blog Engadget.
The report claims that pictures sent by a tipster show the Droid HD and the Droid Bionic, although pictures of the latter device have been leaked previously.
The pictures of the device said to be the Droid HD show the gadget is running on Gingerbread software, along with a 4.5-inch touchscreen display and an eight megapixel camera.
The report also claims the device comes with a MicroSD slot. It is said to be about 8.5-9mm thick.
Motorola made the news this week when it was announced Google would buy the mobile manufacturer for $US12.5 billion.
