WordPress has now enabled the ability for blogs to introduce Twitter and Facebook authorisation for its own platforms.
This means comment boxes on WordPress blogs will allow users to post as guests, or through their Twitter and Facebook profiles.
Automaticc founder Matt Mullenweg has told TechCrunch that Twitter and Facebook comments are “more flexible”. The new system also allows users to stay logged in across multiple platforms.
The move comes just weeks after Facebook introduced a commenting system that allows users to introduce a comment box on their blog connecting users through their Facebook profiles.
