Tech giant Apple has been given access to several of Samsung’s unreleased products according to a ruling from a Federal judge.
According to Boy Genius Report, the ruling was made due to an ongoing suit between Apple and Samsung regarding patents and trademarks.
“Apple has demonstrated good cause for some, limited expedited discovery,” said San Jose Federal judge Lucy Koh, according the publication.
Samsung attempted to argue that handing over its devices would be wrong given they haven’t been released, but Koh ruled against the company.
“Rather than innovate and develop its own technology and a unique Samsung style for its smart phone products and computer tablets, Samsung chose to copy Apple’s technology, user interface and innovative style in these infringing products,” Apple said in its court filing.
