Businesses love using company cars but tracking expenses for tax purposes can often be a gruelling task. Thankfully, one iPhone app is designed to take away the stress of reporting car usage.
The Road Trip app allows users to track every expenditure related to car use and maintenance, including tracking fuel economy, fuel costs, maintenance history and other useful statistics.
The app also reminds users when regular maintenance is due, and tracks how much money you’ve spent on your car over time. It features a tripmeter, and the ability to input data including fuel type, driving conditions and even geotagging.
It also features a tire log, and displays all key statistics on a single page. Users can even import or export data from Excel and backup reports via email.
The app is available now for $5.99, but a free demo version is available if you want to try it out first.
