Social networking site Twitter has added two new features to its recently updated Twitter.com website.
The company announced the new web app comes with a “reply to all” feature, and the capability to automatically complete usernames.
While these features are already available on various third-party Twitter clients, they have so far been absent from Twitter. Now, the company hopes to attract more users back to the website and away from these third party apps.
The new reply-to-all feature allows users to click on a tweet that contains more than one user name and have all of those profiles listed in the response box. Auto-complete allows users to start with the @ sign and then continue typing letters, with a drop-down box appearing of suggested usernames.
