Salesforce has made a number of generative AI announcements at TrailblazerDX, including a $369 million investment fund and a ChatGPT Slack app.

One year on, Salesforce Ventures has backed five startups in New Zealand and Australia, and fund principal Robert Keith has made a few observations too.
