The liquidator of Southern Bay Brewing — which collapsed into liquidation this week — says there is already some interest in the business’ assets from potential buyers. 

Melbourne-based drinks business Mighty Craft has announced plans to buy South Australian producers Adelaide Hills Distillery, Mismatch Brewing and Hills Cider in a deal worth $47 million.

Local independent brewer Tribe has acquired Mornington Peninsula Brewery, with small Australian brewers striving to stay independent.
