Come Tuesday, large private sector organisations will have their company’s gender pay gaps published for the first time for all to see, name, and shame.
The good news is that Australia’s total remuneration gender pay gap has dropped slightly, down 1.1 percentage points to a new low of 21.7%. But the real story could be in what’s to come over the next year.
