You may have been playing around with the new Outlook.com email system Microsoft introduced last week to replace Hotmail. It has some nifty new features – and one that may help you get rid of all that spam.
There’s a “Sweep” function to let you delete messages from one particular sender in one move – perhaps ridding your inbox of hundreds of spam messages.
To perform this action, open up an email, and then select “sweep” at the top of the page. Then select “delete all from”.
This will open a prompt – once you’re done, all the emails from that particular sender will be deleted.
