Something to try if a website doesn’t reload properly

Most popular web browsers, such as Firefox, help websites to load quicker by storing some data on your computer in a system called the “cache”.

However, when a website isn’t downloading properly, you might want to reload it directly without using any data from your cache.

Thankfully, in Firefox it’s easy. Just hold down the CTRL key (or the Command key if you’re a Mac user) and, while you’re holding it down, press the F5 key.

The website you’re trying to look at will reload, without any data from your cache.
