Meetings go for way too long. But if you’re using Google Calendar, there’s a way you can actually reduce your meeting time.
Just head to the Settings page, and then halfway down the page you should see the ability to set a default meeting length.
You can even set something called “Speedy Meetings”, which actually end five or 10 minutes early through a notification to maximise efficiency.
Reduce your scheduled meeting time, and you may find you can get things done a lot faster.
