If you’re filling your inbox with junk regularly, there’s an easy way to make sure those redundant messages are sent to the bin where they belong.
Sending messages back and forth results in a large amount of “conversations”. You’ll want to send the older messages in these conversations to the desktop.
It’s easy to do so. Just head to the message you want to clean up, then press the “Clean Up” button on the top left-hand corner. Then press “Clean Up Conversation”.
If you do this regularly enough, you’ll make sure those messages never get overwhelming.
