Changing which programs automatically open when you start Windows is something each user will have to decide for themselves – it all depends on what programs you value more than others.
To decide which programs start up in Windows 8, hit Ctrl+Alt+Del and then navigate to the “startup” tab. There you can decide which programs start up when you launch the machine.
