For anyone who wants to know whether they’re being paid enough, there’s an app that can calculate a person’s current worth in the workplace.
What Is My Value? is a salary calculator that city professionals can use to find out how much they should be paid in the current market.
The app is the first of its kind to assess salary on an individual basis, and provide clarity on a question many want answers to.
What Is My Value? asks users to identify their current role, including the industry they work in and the department they work for.
It then asks users to identify their desired industry, and elaborate on how much experience they have in both their current industry and other industries.
It also asks about their qualifications and current salary, before getting them to rate their performance in their current role. It then calculates their current value.
