Google Docs is a great way to put your special files in the cloud, but what happens when you need to get them back? Thankfully, Google Docs allows you to do just that.
First, you need to log into your Google Docs account. You should see a list of everything there – select all the documents that you want to export.
Then, you need to “more actions” and then click on “export”.
Once you’ve done that, you need to select which file formats you want these files in. There are plenty of options, including PDF, and Google Docs even allows you to export all your items up to 2GB worth.
Once you’ve made your selections, you can download the documents to your computer – and you can still access them on Google Docs.
