DropBox is one of the better file utility programs around, and it’s even better when it’s used in conjunction with a smartphone app, like on the iOS or Android platforms.
Here are a few tips for Android users on how to get the most out of your DropBox:
- If you have other apps installed like Facebook or Twitter, you can actually hold down on a file within the DropBox app, and then share it through those other applications.
- To have some files automatically uploaded to DropBox, select “New”, and then take a picture or some video.
- If you want to view files offline, then press down on a file name to download it to the DropBox app itself.
- You can combine DropBox with some other apps to make file-sharing more efficient. For instance, if you download an app like Astro, which lets you manage your files, you can upload any file on an SD card to DropBox all on your phone.
