Next For Sale
Launched just last year, Next For Sale is a mobile and online app that can be used to search for properties coming onto the real estate market and express an interest in them.
Founders Liam Austin and Jerome Touffe-Blin say home owners can use this information to gauge market demand for their property without committing to sell.
They say Next For Sale is a new concept in Australia that disrupts current property market models.
It also allows businesses to target home owners intending to sell and create a new channel for real estate agents, conveyancers, financial advisers, cleaning, moving, storage and so on to generate new leads.
Since launching, they’ve attracted builders and developers to list upcoming projects, as well as firms that conduct property valuations, pest inspections, property photography and legal services.
Over the next 12 months they plan to continue improving the user experience of the platform, build the user base and launch mobile apps.
