A Wollongong McDonald’s is trying out “fast fine dining”.
The menu and ordering process remains the same at the Warilla restaurant, but on Monday and Tuesday nights diners can enjoy china and cutlery instead of paper and plastic.
“We have a hostess, who will then provide full table service,” says franchisee Katia Dwarte.
If McDonald’s can do it, why can’t you?
You could create a food retail concept that combines junk food with fine dining, and promote it as an occasional treat for those looking to indulge in naughty food but in a pleasant setting.
