Earlier this year Sydney’s Macleay College hosted its first annual entrepreneurs forum.
The forum was created as part of the college’s investment in entrepreneurialism and is an extension of its entrepreneur unit, which outlines for students how to develop an idea and then fund and grow that venture.
Some of Australia’s top entrepreneurs took part in the forum, including Michael McGoogan, the founder of cloud services provider UberGlobal, McGrath Real Estate Agents chief executive John McGrath, Appliances Online chief John Winning, managing director of online radio Pandora Jane Huxley, and Vanessa Picker, founder of FitUsIn and one of StartupSmart’s top young entrepreneurs to watch this year.
