How SustainHealth Recruitment started
Starting out as a specialist healthcare recruiter for regional and rural Australia, Kay Reynoldson’s business has since gone on to serve the CBD and metropolitan markets.
In 2020, it won a contract to serve aged care centres during the pandemic and has grown in leaps and bounds since.
Growth
That contract alone grew its revenue by 54% in six months, and the business has not slowed down.
Revenue has more than doubled in the past financial year, reaching $22.98 million from $10 million, all while navigating new premises, new systems, and changes in key internal roles.
Where to next
SustainHealth is next looking to add more executives to management as it opens new divisions.
Reynoldson said she’s not short on offers for the business, but she and the team remain dedicated to their vision.
