Karista

With the combination of technology and team members with domain expertise, Karista connects people with NDIS providers within 24 hours with the aim to build a team around the participant that will be the person’s support team for life.

The layers of triaging required would seem to be so complex in the beginning that it was almost unsolvable, but after years of refining Karista has now supported people who have placed more than 40,000 requests.

Inspiring Vacations

When international travel halted in March 2020, 100% Aussie-owned Inspiring Vacations’ turnover hit $0 in four weeks. It had already sent 10,000 customers overseas but suddenly faced another 12,000 forward passengers needing to be cancelled.

Exhaustive customer repatriation efforts meant that none of its customers were left stranded. Alongside creating a new product line — sourced and contracted differently to other domestic tours in the market — Inspiring Vacations has continued to retain and grow new customers.

Untitled Group

From humble nightclub event beginnings between friends in Melbourne, Australia, Untitled Group has evolved to become Australia’s largest independent music and event promoters. The company has developed and grown esteemed event brands, and fostered the career of domestic and international touring artists alike from debut tours all the way to headline arena shows.

During the pandemic, Untitled Group pivoted and diversified outside of music including launching a marketing agency and venture capital arm which has invested in Australian startups Mr Yum, The Daily Aus, CHARM, Tixel, 20v, Shouta, Muso and Rently.
