How it started
Salesforce MVP and Hall of Fame member Vamsi Krishna Gosu founded TechForce Services in 2015 as a consultancy focused on the cloud-based CRM he was an expert in.
The company’s core client base is across the banking, financial services and insurance; tertiary, and government sectors.
Growth
The business has grown to a staff of 40, and is a member of the Professional Partner Program of the Australian Computer Society.
A hard marketing push has led to additional growth for the business, with TechForce Services growing its revenue from $3.41 million in the 2019-20 financial year to $4.96 million in the 2020-21 full year.
From a base of $1.80 million in the 2018-19 financial year, it’s a solid three-year improvement that places TechForce Services 21st on the Smart50 list.
Where to next?
In the past 12 months, TechForce Services has been working hard on its marketing, with the help of clients and partners. The business tells SmartCompany that regular organic and paid social campaigns have increased its presence and achieved a strong ROI.
But that’s not all the company is doing. TechForce Services is aiming to grow its client base through networking, outbound telephone and email marketing, sponsorships, advertising, and community activities across social and business networks.
Driving future growth, the business has adopted McKinsey’s “Three Horizons Model” for strategic planning.
