Construction business CaSE & Pike Design was shortlisted in the Eco Warrior category for its use of emerging technology in assessing the energy use of its projects.
Our judges noted that the business has adopted building information modeling (BIM), allowing its engineers to evaluate the life cycle of the buildings they construct. It’s a powerful approach that quantifies how infrastructure uses energy, from construction through to deconstruction, and makes getting green certification easier.
