We all have incredibly bad days. There is no denying this for anyone, powerful or otherwise.
The difference is that inspirational or successful power players know how to put a bad day to rest.
They don’t let it fester or get under their skin. They simply bury a bad day and move on. End of story.
And most importantly, they don’t let one bad day affect the next and the next, and so on.
Power players are expert at not buying into superstitious omens – or the notion that one bad day foretells the way of things to come.
The inveterate power player does not use a bad day as an excuse to behave badly, or give up the fight for positivity. They put it into perspective, seeing it for exactly what it is: just one bad day.
This attitude is a valuble lesson for us all. After a terrible day, the remedy is simple: get a good night’s sleep and wake up knowing that tomorrow is a new day, full of potential.
