Founder Sue Hollis says working with clients whose values align with the company’s is a key driver for her business.
“We feel very passionately about not working with clients and companies that don’t sit within our values. That is very hard for our salespeople sometimes. We would rather be true to our values and come from a position of integrity,” she told SmartCompany in 2014.
Australia’s largest privately-owner corporate management travel company now boasts an estimated annual revenue of $250 million. Hollis has a background in travel, working for Qantas and British Airways before starting her own business.
