In my mind, business and family or friends never, ever mix.
I made some bad decisions in business with family members over the years, with one nearly costing me over $20,000. If you have bad vibes now about the whole thing, imagine what it will be like when things aren’t working out too well?
Always follow your gut feelings. You can have all the right paperwork and agreements in place, but when it comes to family, they seldom mean much.
