There is an active Angel network called the AAAI (Australian Association of Angel Investors). I suggest you contact them and organise to present your business at one of their functions. You can find their details here.
There are a variety of other angel investors around but these guys are putting some effort into organising themselves, which makes this a more efficient first port of call.
Doron Ben-Meir has been an active venture capital manager for the last eight years. He founded Prescient Venture Capital and prior to that was a consulting investment director of Momentum Funds Management. He was a serial entrepreneur over a 12 year period, co-founding five new technology based businesses.
