The Australian sharemarket was slightly higher today, after minutes from the American Federal Reserve showed the central bank seriously considered quantitative easing in August.
At 2.15 pm, the ASX200 was up 0.16% to 4348.0, while the broader All Ordinaries index also added 0.16% to 4410.5.
The Australian dollar has strongly rallied, buying $1.05185.
