Two years ago, Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg gave a speech where she discussed why she thought there weren’t more women at the top. The talk has gone on to be the most watched talks ever hosted by TED, and with good reason.
As Facebook launches its IPO, it’s worth re-watching for some insight into Facebook’s inspiring number 2.
She offered three pieces of advice for women who want to stay in the workforce:
1) Sit at the table
2) Don’t undersell yourself
3) Don’t leave before you leave
