The ‘cornerstone’ of the Respect at Work Bill is the inclusion of a positive duty for employers to prevent workplace sex discrimination, harassment and victimisation.

The proposed Religious Discrimination Bill has important implications for employers when regulating their own, and their employees’ conduct.
