The trade union movement’s push to reform Australia’s enterprise bargaining system looks set to be a major issue at this week’s Jobs and Skills Summit.

Qantas is fighting hard to not bring back thousands of jobs it outsourced during the pandemic, appealing a Federal Court case ruling that found it unlawfully sacked 2,000 ground crew in 2020.

Prime Minister Scott Morrison last week proposed a new deal in industrial relations, bringing together the government, employers and unions.
