If you keep a lot of email in your inbox then it can be hard to filter it down, especially if you’re looking for a specific email with an attachment, or one that you’ve flagged for whatever reason.
There’s a way to filter your email in Outlook to find a specific messages.
To do so, open Outlook and then look at the top-right corner of the screen. Under the “address book” option, you’ll see an option for “Filter E-Mail”.
There, you’ll be able to filter your messages through attachments, flags and “unread” messages. Just choose one option and you’ll be able to find what you’re looking for quicker than you would have otherwise.
