Every so often you may want to fold a particular file or folder, and find that it’s missing, even though you swore you haven’t deleted it.
What you might find is that you haven’t deleted it, but that a particular setting has made this folder hidden. There’s a way to change that.
If you’re using Windows, then navigate to the Control Panel through the start menu. Then, click on the “folder options” icon. After that, click on “view”.
At the bottom of the box there should be a list of options. One of them should say “Hidden files and folders”. Under that, click the option that says “show hidden files, folders, or drives”.
This will allow all previously hidden files and folders to be found.
