Find yourself typing through Internet Explorer and questioning your spelling? There’s a handy plug-in you can use to make sure your typing is as accurate as possible.
ieSpell can be downloaded here. When you open it, start the installation procedure. Follow the prompts, and you can decide whether or not to install a toolbar for your browser. You can do this by checking “customise toolbar” in Internet Explorer and then adding ieSpell.
To check it out, type something onto your browser and then move up to the toolbar where an “abc” icon should be located. Press it, and the program will begin checking your spelling – it will even give you some options for other spelling options.
Some other browsers such as Firefox will detect if you have made a spelling error automatically. But if you’re using Internet Explorer primarily, this is a good option.
