The iPad features you may have missed

Tech Trend on iPad featuresIt seems everyone is buying an iPad these days, but few users know how to make the most of their tablet. If you’ve bought Apple’s tablet then here are a few tips and tricks you have missed that will make your life easier:

  • Disable the clicking sound on the keyboard by heading into the Settings profile. You can easily turn it off in the Sounds menu under the New Mail, Sent Mail, Calendar Alerts and Lock Sounds options.
  • If you want to save a picture you see when browsing the internet, then simply hold your finger down. A box will pop up and you can click “save image”.
  • Did you know you can show bookmarks in Safari? Select Safari in the Settings menu and then click “On” for the “Always Show Bookmarks Bar” option. Then, when you visit a website you want to add to your bookmarks, click the + symbol and add a title.
  • The dock automatically holds four apps, but did you know it can hold six? Drag more down to reduce clutter.

You can take a quick screenshot of your iPad if you hold both the Home and Lock Screen buttons together. The image will be automatically added to your Photos folder for access.
