If you’re using Google Chrome, there is a handy feature to keep your bookmarks and settings synced between different computers. You just need to have a Google account ready.
First, click on the wrench button in Chrome and then click Set Up Sync. Then, sign in through your Google Account. You should see a prompt that your settings are now synced.
If you want to change your settings, click on the same Sync option and then a dialogue box should pop up. You can check boxes for either bookmarks, preferences and themes and then determine which of those you want to sync between browsers.
If you’re running one of the newer versions of Chrome, you’ll have some more synchronisation options. These will work the same as the others, and include the option to sync extensions and AutoFill.
