I can say definitively that brokers we’ve spoken to via HelpMeChoose.com.au are extremely worried about what will happen post-July 1. Some are claiming there is a mini-bubble building in the first home buyers market. Many real estate agents we’ve spoken to also share this view (but are happy about it for the time being). I think it’s vital that the Government clarifies, as soon as possible, whether the boost will continue next financial year.
