A leaked press release from American telecommunications group AT&T reveals a new BlackBerry device is to be released next month, following Apple’s new iPod announcement on Wednesday morning.
Gizmodo.com have posed the release, which claims the new device will boast 1GB of memory, a built-in GPS feature and be the “fastest BlackBerry yet”.
“Customers will be entering a bold new world next month with the debut of the BlackBerry Bold,” the press release says, adding the device will only be available to existing AT&T customers.
While the press release is a draft and does not reveal exact release date and time, it confirms the device will be sold for a relatively affordable $US299.
