My first blogs for SmartCompany were in 2007 and in the ensuing years I think I’ve covered the chapter and verse of things brand, with a smattering of leadership, customer experience and promises thrown in for spice.
A couple of years ago I featured SMEs I liked and have occasionally weighed in on the puzzling decisions and perplexing debacles of big business. It’s time for something different.
This year I want to hand over the reins of my blog to you. It’s hard work being an SME, and sometimes it can feel like you’re on your own. But there is a great big community of you and we can all learn from the things that others are trying to navigate. After all, there is nothing like a good question to help drive thinking.
So, what’s your burning brand question?
Post it on twitter @michelhogan or email me at michel@brandology.com.au and each week I’ll choose one (or two) to answer in this blog.
I’m always happy to answer questions about marketing. But I’m equally happy (even happier) to turn my thinking to your purpose and values, company culture, alignment of business operations, customers and other stakeholders, design and delivery of products and services. All part of making promises you can keep and building a brand.
Of course I won’t be able to answer every question and I can’t promise I’ll solve whatever fantastic struggle you are wrestling with. But I can promise I will try to give you something you haven’t thought about before.
See you next week with our first question.
